5 Minutes with  Christy Lockhart AKA Sierra Cartwright

“5 Minutes with…” is a section of the blog that is a a set of questions that are pretty much the same give or take a few. That are meant for us to get to know our favorite authors a little bit more. Some are funny, some have nothing to do with their books; while others hopefully get to the “nitty-gritty” of what the author is thinking. And as with all of our 5 minutes we have a contest to honor our writers. Stay tuned at the end to find out how to enter. Now let’s give a Naughty Chick welcome to Christy/Sierra.  And as always there is a free book giveaway at the end of this interview.

What project are you currently working on? (C’mon, give us a hint!)

I’m excited to be working on a couple of projects. I have a story: Unbound Surrender in an upcoming Valentine anthology for Total-E-Bound. It’s a bit of a soft-spot story for me. It’s a reconciliation story. I’m a sucker for those. I’m also working on “Make Me,” the conclusion of the Hawkeye series from Loose Id. This features the mysterious Ms. Inamarato. And I’m thrilled to be working on a story for an anthology with two of Loose Id’s amazing BDSM authors. Lots cooking!

What is your favorite snack?

Starbucks Chai. Oh my!

I have heard from numerous authors that chocolate is the staple of their diet. Is it in yours?

Uhm…strawberry Twizzlers! 😉

Will electronic readers ever take the place of the humble paperback?

I think they’ll take the place alongside paperback and hardbacks. I am still chicken to take Kindle into the bathtub with me!

If you could be one of your characters – Who would you be?  And why?

I’d be Inamarato in my upcoming release. She’ smart, able to be non-emotional in a crisis, she’s as cool an unflappable as I’d like to be.

Who or what influences you when you write?

A deadline!

When you have writer’s block how do you break free?

When I went through my divorce, I was creatively devastated. But I’ve reinvented myself since then, and I rarely have writer’s block. For me, when I have writer’s block, it only means one of two things: 1) I’m tired, or 2) I don’t know what happens next. Good brainstorming fixes that for me!

Who is your perfect hero?  And why?

I don’t have anyone specific, but someone who is principled and stands up for that. Someone charismatic. Someone selfless. Oh, yeah. Maybe I do know him…

What do you do for inspiration?

I hike 14ers…mountains that are over 14,000 feet tall. Being in the mountains, be it hiking, snow shoeing, skiing…it’s all amazing.

Is there a genre of book you would like to write but haven’t yet?

 Thrillers!

What kind of research do you do for your books?  Do you enjoy the research process?

I believe in hands-on experience. ‘Nuff said!

What is your favorite movie of all time?

The one where you can watch it and still get affected at the same spots each and every time? Top Gun. No doubt. I love, love, love, love, love that movie. Tom Cruise as Maverick. Yum.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 5 things would you have with you? *mind you, you do have a strong hunky man to help you with things* *grins*

Besides the man I’m gaga about, I’d take Kindle, a computer, a phone, chargers, and a toothbrush.

Who would you want to be tied to for 24hours?

How closely? Facing each other? Or just linked by the wrists or ankles? Ah, regardless, there’s only one person who fits that bill for me!

What is your favorite way to relax after a hard day working and writing?

I love a glass of Cab or a Fat Tire.

What is the one era you would love to go visit and why?

Being from England, I have a real affinity for the British Isles. I’d love to go back to Regency England. I love the dress, the manners, the different way of  life.

Have you ever faked sick?

I have the world’s greatest boss. I don’t have to fake sick, I just call in, “skiing!”

Do you believe in love at first sight?

I believe in lust at first sight, but I think love is something that develops over time.

What is your perfect pizza?

Cheese pizza with a thick wheat crust, from Beau Jo’s.

Do you have a celebrity crush?

James Spader. (Did I really admit that?)

If you could change your name, what would you change it to?

Something exotic, but I’d want the looks to go with it. Like Jasmine Cruz.

Out of all your books, do you have a favorite one?  If not, then which one is closest to.

The one I’m working on is always my favorite!

What character out of all your books is the closest to your personality?

Bridget, in Double Trouble. She’s feisty and knows what she wants. Or should I say I aspire to be her!

How much does reader response mean to you over your books?

Readers keep me going. I can be having a bad day or a book can be going slowly, and an email from a reader changes everything!

What do you hope readers get from your books after they read them?

I want readers to totally escape into the emotion of my stories, so I hope they’re swept away from their troubles for a few hours.

If you could make a movie of any one of your books which one would you choose and who would you cast at the h/h?

Unwilling Commitment: James Spader and Angelina Jolie.

Who is your favorite author?

Nora Roberts/JD Robb

What is the nicest thing a reviewer has ever said about one of your books?

Rayna’s unsolicited review of Bend Me Over that I saw posted on Twitter!

Do you have a bucket list? If so, what are 2 things on it?

Go to Machu Picchu. Pay off my condo!

What is your favorite color besides YELLOW?

Purple!

Boxers or briefs?

Boxers. Easier to get into!

Red Pill or Blue Pill?

Red. Definitely.

Christy Lockharts can be found at www.christylockhart.com or at total e-bound publishing. While her alter ego, Sierra Cartwright can be found at www.sierracartwright.com or Loose-id Publishing

Latest release is:

Honeymoon for Three by Christy Lockhart

Jilted! Left at the altar, Claire Cavanaugh runs away to hide, only to end up with the honeymoon of her life.

Running away had never been so good…

Intending to hide from the embarrassment of being left at the altar, Claire Cavanaugh goes on honeymoon alone, only to find two strappingly handsome Norwegian men, one a Norse god, the other a bear of a Viking, at her beck and call.

Finn Odegaard and Christian Petersen are as wild and rugged as the fjords they call home. The two have been looking for a third to complete their relationship and when Claire arrives alone, they can’t believe their luck. This lovely lady is brave, bold, and has a sexily curvy body that makes them dream of a honeymoon, for three.

Latest release from Sierra Cartwright.

Up for grabs is the print book anthology with Mechelle Armstrong  I (heart) THAT CITY with one of Sierra’s novellas “Double Trouble” in them.

Blurb:

Revenge can be sexy and sweet. Dom Daniel Armstrong has waited twenty years for the chance to possess the beautiful and fiery I Heart TC waitress Bridget Kelley. She broke his heart and crushed his ego, twice, and he’s never gotten over her. This time, he won’t take no for an answer. Seeing her in an oh-so short skirt at a BDSM club has reignited his determination, and a charity auction provides a means for him to possess her and do good at the same time. Who could resist?

When she realizes the always-persistent Daniel has won her, Bridget is frantic. She desperately tries to back out of the deal to spend an entire weekend at his family’s secluded James River plantation. This is a man she’s scorned, and worse, a Dom who knows her naughty desires. She’s seen him control a woman before, and the idea of submitting to him both thrills and frightens her. And just when she thinks things can’t get worse, he introduces her to his twin, David. Suddenly, she’s faced with not one, but two, determined Doms…

Publisher’s Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: anal play/intercourse, BDSM theme and content, ménage (m/f/m), spanking.

5 Minutes with Jeanne St. James & Contest

bangedup5 Miutes with Jeanne St. James

Bio short from website www.jeannestjames.com

I started writing around 13 years old and found it great therapy. Over my high school years I wrote my first novel, a young adult novel, that was pretty raw about a young girl growing up in a gang. That manuscript is now forever lost (and that might be a good thing). During this time I read loads of books, most of them historical romances and category romances (contemporary). I fell in love with the genre. And have been writing ever since…

I now concentrate on the erotic romance genre. Why? Because it’s a blast. There’s nothing like a hot, hot romance to get your juices flowing. But I still like the HEA (Happily Ever After) ending.

I currently reside in Southcentral Pennsylvania with my dog and the love of my life (yes, he has two legs, not four).

My first published erotica piece was a fantasy short story in the July 2006 issue of Playgirl, which was titled “The Hot Ride.” You can find it on my Free Reads page.

Now let’s give a Naughty Chick welcome to Jeanne St. James. And as always there is a free book giveaway at the end of this interview.

What project are you currently working on? (C’mon, give us a hint!)

Well, I have two projects I am working on and many more in the wings. I am working on an erotic modern day faery tale and also a holiday based story. However, I’ve been a bad girl and have been slacking.

What is your favorite snack?

Anything within reach. J

I have heard from numerous authors that chocolate is the staple of their diet. Is it in yours?

Actually no. I enjoy writing with a glass of wine or a mixed drink. It loosens me up. And once I am loosened up my imagination takes over. It really helps with writing erotic romance.

Will electronic readers ever take the place of the humble paperback?

Yes, I think eventually it will. We are in the digital age. Convenience and cost are huge factors.

When you have writer’s block how do you break free?

I force myself to write. Even if it is all junk. It can be fixed or deleted later.

Who is your perfect hero?  And why?

The imperfect hero. I love damaged heroes, or damaged characters for that matter.

What do you do for inspiration?

I tend to watch movies and read good books. It just gets my creativity flowing.

Is there a genre of book you would like to write but haven’t yet?

Paranormal. But I have an idea or two I am working on.

What is your favorite movie of all time?  The one where you can watch it and still get affected at the same spots each and every time?

I would have to say Hope Floats. I love Sandra Bullock (and really relate to her) and Harry Connick Jr. is perfect in the hero’s role.

What is your favorite way to relax after a hard day working and writing?

Watch a movie and have a drink.

Have you ever faked sick?     Oh, yeah. *cough cough*

Do you believe in love at first sight?

Actually no. I think someone tends to grow on you. Love at first sight is kind of shallow. Of course, that’s just my opinion.

 What is your perfect pizza?

A white pizza loaded (I mean LOADED) with veggies and garlic on whole grain crust. Unfortunately I can no longer tolerate dairy so I had to cut cheese out of my diet. L

If you could change your name, what would you change it to?

To my pen name. I love it.

Out of all your books, do you have a favorite one?  If not, then which one is closest to.

Yes, Double Dare (which is coming out with Loose Id in January 2010). It’s my first ménage (m/m/f) and I loved writing it. It was so much fun and the fastest I ever wrote a book.

What character out of all your books is the closest to your personality?

I would have to say Amanda from my Brothers in Blue series, which is not out yet NOR finished. I have some info about that series on my website.

Have you ever been nervous over reader reaction when a new book comes out?

I wouldn’t be human if I didn’t. I want people to love reading my stories as much as I loved writing them.

How much does reader response mean to you over your books?

Oh, it’s huge. I want my readers to like my work so they look forward to the next story.

What is the weirdest thing a reviewer has ever said about one of your books?

That the sex in it wasn’t descriptive and it was vanilla. Oh my, I’ve heard that is far from the truth. It’s not vanilla and I love being descriptive in my sex scenes. I guess everyone has their own opinion. Maybe that reviewer likes a lot of kink. Who knows?

What is the nicest thing a reviewer has ever said about one of your books?

Well, I got a personal email from one of my reviewers saying how much she liked Banged Up (out now with Liquid Silver Books). I was super thrilled!!! Oh, and she gave it a great review.

What is your favorite color besides YELLOW?   Black.

Boxers or briefs? Oh, boxer briefs, actually!

I want to thank Jeanne for taking the time to spend with us and letting us get to know her a little better.

Big Bad Wolf by Christine Warren & Contest

In Christine Warren, contests, Paranormal Romance on December 19, 2009 at 6:47 pm

Big Bad Wolf

by Christine Warren

Blurb:

Missy Roper’s fantasies have revolved around Graham Winters since the moment they met. But the imposing leader of the Silverback werewolf clan always seemed oblivious to Missy’s existence. At least he was, until Missy collides with him at a party and then abruptly runs away—arousing Graham’s interest…and wild desires.

Lupine law decrees that every Alpha must have a mate, and all Graham’s instincts tell him that the sensual, beguiling Missy is his. Trouble is, Missy is human—every delectable inch of her. Convincing his clan that she’s his destined mate, and keeping her safe from his enemies, will be the biggest challenge Graham has ever faced. And now that he is determined to have her—as his lover and as his mate—Missy’s world is changing in ways she never imagined…

I have been looking forward to this book as I started the Others series with Wolf at the Door and I had wondered how Graham & Missy got together.  Unlike a lot of other readers out there, I had never read the e-book that this came from so I didn’t have any pre conceived notions as to what would happen.  This book gives me an insight to the ultimate opposites attract with Graham being the consummate playboy and Missy being a kindergarten teacher.  In real life never the twain shall meet but as we all know, when it comes to the paranormal world anything is possible.  Compared to other books in this series, I did find this one a bit on the light side.  Not as much character building or scene setting and if I hadn’t have read the other books in the series I think I would have been confused with the different characters and where they fitted.  However if I ever get the time to reread these books ( for now they are on my keeper shelf) I will start at the beginning and see if that changes my opinion of this book.

All in all a light quick read with not a lot of depth but the other books in the series more than make up for where this one is lacking.  Look out for “Born to be Wild” coming out in March 2, 2010. Blurb:

Josie Barrett brings out the animal in men. Literally. As the local veterinarian in a town that’s approximately seventy percent Others—mostly shapeshifters—Josie deals with beastly situations all the time. It’s practically part of her job description. But when the werewolves of Stone Creek, Oregon, start turning downright feral, Josie smells a rat—among other, more dangerous critter.

Teaming up with the ferociously sexy Eli Pace, a full-time sheriff and part-time were-lion, Josie tries to contain the shapeshifting problem before it spreads like a virus. But when more shifters get infected—and stuck in their animal forms—the fur really begins to fly. Josie and Eli have to find the cause, fast, before the whole town goes to the dogs. But first, they have to wrestle with a few animal urges of their own.

Now let’s give a Naughty Chick welcome to Nikki Duncan. And as always there is a giveaway at the end of this interview.

What project are you currently working on? (C’mon, give us a hint!)

I am currently working on a treasure hunting story that will likely kick off another series (maybe for Samhain.)

I have heard from numerous authors that chocolate is the staple of their diet. Is it in yours?

It’s in mine, but I wouldn’t say it’s a staple. I try to eat healthy so that I have energy when I get out of the chair. 😉

Will electronic readers ever take the place of the humble paperback?

In my world there is room and love enough for both.

When you have writer’s block how do you break free?

I don’t believe in writer’s block, but if I hit a wall it’s because I’ve gone in a wrong direction somewhere. I get away from the computer and do something completely non writing related and if that doesn’t get the juices flowing, I will harass my editor or a writing friend for some ideas.

What do you do for inspiration?

Watch TV, read, hang out with friends, visit my yahoo groups. It just depends on what I need inspiration for.

Is there a genre of book you would like to write but haven’t yet?

I have a few paranormals that I would love to sink my teeth into. I just haven’t found the time yet or the right formula to make what’s in my head work. It’ll come to me though. In the meantime, I’m enjoying working with my suspense characters.

What kind of research do you do for your books?  Do you enjoy the research process?

It depends on the book. I’ve read books and scoured the internet on topics ranging from Freemasons to American History to Serial Killers to Russia to Poisons and the Bible. Then there are the ones on Magic, Secret Societies, Psychics, Mysteries of the World, Runes and Face Reading. I sort of look everywhere for information and inspiration.

What is your favorite movie of all time?  The one where you can watch it and still get affected at the same spots each and every time?

Hmm. This is tough because if a movie gets me the first time it will pretty much get me every time I watch it. However, one of my favorite movies is Calamity Jane with Doris Day. I also loved A Perfect Husband with Minnie Driver and Rupert Everett.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 5 things would you have with you? *mind you, you do have a strong hunky man to help you with things* *grins*

Interesting question. Books, because I might actually have time to read them. Notebooks so I could write the stories in my head to keep my sanity. A super awesome comfortable bed and someplace with indoor plumbing. I don’t mind disconnecting from technology, but I prefer a few amenities. And it may seem odd if we’re talking a fantasy world, but my kids. I couldn’t happily go long without having them around. They make me laugh and smile.

What is your favorite way to relax after a hard day working and writing?

Watching TV with hubby or chilling with a book if the house is silent.

What is your perfect pizza?

Mushrooms and sausage.

Do you have a celebrity crush?

Channing Tatum. I totally dig him.

Out of all your books, do you have a favorite one?  If not, then which one is closest to.

Hmm, that’s tough because each one I write I love a little more than the last. SOUNDS TO DIE BY has a special meaning for me because it’s the first one I’ve released. It was also one of the toughest, but the follow up to it that I just turned in means a lot to me because the heart and soul of the heroine is based on a great friend of mine.

What character out of all your books is the closest to your personality?

Probably Ava from the one I just turned in to my editor. 🙂

Have you ever been nervous over reader reaction when a new book comes out?

Yes. Specifically I was nervous about one reader who was going to read SOUNDS TO DIE BY. I knew her daughter had been born blind so she would know if I’d goofed up the details of that characteristic. I was relieved and deeply touched when she emailed me how profoundly the book had affected her.

How much does reader response mean to you over your books?

A lot. I love hearing from readers. I love to know how the books I pour so much of myself into impact them and what they thought – even if it’s not always all glowing. I like honesty.

What do you hope readers get from your books after they read them?

Well, I want them to forget the stresses of their day while they’re reading and while every book I do has a different bit of something that makes it special (at least to me) I want readers to know that everyone is entitled to the kind of love, respect, and devotion my characters find together. I want them to fall a little in love with their special someone again the way I fall a little more in love with my husband when I read a great book or write.

What is the weirdest thing a reviewer has ever said about one of your books?

I haven’t gotten any weird ones yet.

What is the nicest thing a reviewer has ever said about one of your books?

That it would entice any reader. That was from my review from Joyfully Reviewed.

Do you have a bucket list? If so, what are 2 things on it?

Not an official one, but I would love to go bungee jumping and ride in a hot air balloon.

What is your favorite color besides YELLOW?

Burgundy

Boxers or briefs?

Boxer briefs – tight ones

Red Pill or Blue Pill?

Which one unplugs me from the Matrix?

Nikki has a new release out its an outsanding book. Here is the blurb:

Interview with Ian & Kieralyn

Rookie FBI Agent Kieralyn Beckett is in a delicate position. Her team refuses to buy into her theory that a string of kidnappings is connected. If she pushes too hard, they’ll discover the latest victim was her college roommate and boot her off the case. A garbled recording is the only evidence, and there’s only one man who can decipher it. The hard part will be convincing him to take the case.

Blinded as a child, NSA “listener” Ian Cabrera spends the majority of his time analyzing data while secretly searching for his father, a missing CIA operative. His plate is full, but Kieralyn’s passion and determination, as well as the erotic beat of her heart, spark his interest. So does the mention of his father’s code name on her recording.

There’s only one way to follow this new crumb-trail of clues without tipping her off about what he’s really after. Convince her she needs him to be her undercover partner, despite his handicap. Between her eyes and his ears, they make one beautifully orchestrated team. Every time they touch, though, the arousal they generate creates one red-hot element of distraction…

THEIR LOVE IS FORBIDDEN

Healer and high priestess of her people, Lady Cael is fated to life without a mate. But a mysterious explorer named Lucan Rourke doesn’t know her secrets, and his touch makes her crave a future that her extraordinary birthright has forbidden her. . .

BUT DANGER IS NO MATCH FOR DESIRE

Lucan has just one mission on Pendragon: to find the mythical Holy Grail, Earth’s only hope for survival. His powerful attraction to Cael is a distraction he can’t afford, unless he convinces her to join forces with him. Yet working so closely together only heightens their passion . . . even when the terrifying truth of Cael’s heritage threatens to shatter Lucan’s every belief-and the galaxy itself.

This book was refreshing.  It combines my love of history (Knights of the Round Table anyone) with my favourite mythical beast (dragons). Throw in a dash of futuristic worlds, space travel action and a wee bit magic and we’re set.

Its great how Ms Kearney makes our hero Lucan, an earthling, into the alien on a mission.  His mission : find the Holy Grail to save earth who is slowly dying out with no new births being recorded.  To do so he must travel light years from earth to the planet Avalon in his quest .  Avalon has its own set of problems.  A society that once was advanced but much of their technology has been lost.

Lady Cael is the High Priestess of Avalon.  Doomed to live a live removed from all things we take for granted like human touch.  She is the only dragon shifter on her planet and as such is drawn into the politics of her world whether she wants to be or not.

Probably the best thing about this book is that its light and fast paced.  There is no getting bogged down in all the technical details as well as no long passages devoted just to trying to explain each world you encounter.  All of the information is spread throughout the book and you are never over whelmed with too much information at once.

I look forward to reading more of the books in this series starting with Rion and then Jordan to be released in 2010.

Jordan re-release 2/23/2010

Rion

POWER IN THEIR PASSION
Marisa Rourke is a beautiful, fearless telepath who tames dragon shapers on Earth. Rion is a tall, dark, and sexy space explorer whose home planet is a galaxy away. The attraction between them is undeniable, but Rion is hiding a desperate secret that will change Marisa’s life forever.

DANGER IN THEIR TOUCH
Marisa’s gift is the only way Rion can communicate with his people, enslaved by a powerful enemy. He knows that kidnapping her is wrong, but saving his planet is worth sparking the fiery clairvoyant fury. Yet hotter-and more explosive-is the psychic bond growing between Marisa and Rion. Could their passion be the key to freeing Rion’s people? Only if he and Marisa can discover how to channel their desire . . . before a vicious enemy destroys them all.

November 2009

I just finished reading the book Blaze of Memory by Nalini Singh.  Here’s the blurb:

Nalini Singh returns to the Psy/Changeling world and its “breathtaking blend of passion, adventure, and the paranormal”* as a woman without a past becomes the pawn of a man who controls her future…

Dev Santos discovers her unconscious and battered, with no memory of who she is. All she knows is that she’s dangerous. Charged with protecting his people’s most vulnerable secrets, Dev is duty-bound to eliminate all threats. It’s a task he’s never hesitated to complete…until he finds himself drawn to a woman who might yet prove the enemy’s most insidious weapon.

Stripped of her memories by a shadowy oppressor, and programmed to carry out cold-blooded murder, Katya Haas is fighting desperately for her sanity itself. Her only hope is Dev. But how can she expect to gain the trust of a man who could very well be her next target? For in this game, one must die…

It was pretty good. I cried at the end it was so sad. And it was right there at the end of the book so I knew that this was the end. Or so I thought. So the HWA comes and we find out some more important information about the ShadowNet and the PsyNet. It also opens up a lot of other questions, leaves some cliffhangers and a few WTH’s amongst them too.

Over all I really enjoyed the books and the characters. They had very believable personas and the development of the relationship of the main characters Dev, and Katya was so sweet.  Sex scenes were great and not too smutty or dirty. I know now some books can get overly descriptive. You begin to understand what makes them tick making their union more believable even though the environment is beyond extraordinary.

Night's Cold Kiss by Tracey O'Hara

nckissNight’s Cold Kiss – Tracey O Hara

ISBN: 9780061783135

Paperback

For centuries war raged between the humans and Aeternus vampires—until courageous efforts on both sides forged a fragile peace.

But the rogue Necrodreniacs will never be controlled—addicted as they are to the death-high . . . and bloody chaos.

Since witnessing the murder of her mother, Antoinette Petrescu has burned with fiery hatred for the vampire race—even for Christian Laroque, the noble, dangerously handsome Aeternus who rescued her. Now an elite Venator, Antoinette must reluctantly accept Christian’s help to achieve her vengeance—even as he plots to use the beautiful, unsuspecting warrior as bait to draw out the bloodthirsty dreniacs.

Tracey O’hara is a dragon keeper and if any of you get the chance to meet her, ask her just how close she keeps her dragons.  This is her debut novel and boy does she start this series with a bang.  What a fantastic title, Night’s Cold Kiss; if this book hadn’t been recommended I would have picked it up just for the title.

My favourite genre of all time for reading is sci-fi and I loved how Tracey managed to combine the sci-fi elements into a dark urban fantasy.  I’m not really a romance reader so I enjoy a book where the antagonism between the main characters and the plot are far more important than the “sex” and “love”.  Though, it was a bit confusing with all the different characters, the types of vampires and which government or non government organisation is what; however, I can see the beginning of a very complex world. I will continue to read this series to see whether the promise of the complex world and story line eventuate.  The story line is fast paced and bumpy, just the sort of roller coaster I like.

Okay, so the preface of a vampire huntress who falls for her enemy while battling evil is nothing new but this book is a really engaging read. Antoinette is tough and feisty while Christian has the “dark broodiness we come to expect from alpha vampires down pat.  The two of them clash as the chemistry burns between them.  The first sex scene was, for me, a bit out of the blue however it was only a momentary “ha what” before I was quickly engrossed back in the story. There’s also plenty of action and tons of mysteries and layers to peel back in the world of the Dark Brethren.

Ms O’hara’s take in a fairly saturated genre is fresh and new.  While some other readers expect certain rules or formula’s to be followed, I enjoyed this book all the more so for the differences.  Bring on DEATH’S SWEET EMBRACE.

HAWTTEST BOOK COVERS VOL. 2

In Eye Candy, General, Promo on December 11, 2009 at 10:42 pm

I was trolling again and come across these hot little babies. They are the Lords of Satyr by Elizabeth Amber. I have read the one called Raine but I was not impressed with the story. I opted not to conintue with the series. BUT, the covers are awesome.

Raine

Born into wealth, power, and privilege, Raine, known for his legendary skills in the bedroom, is forced to marry King Feydon’s second daughter, Jordin, and, hiding his true satyr sexuality, discovers that his new bride has an insatiable hunger for carnal delights that rivals his own.

Nicholas

Nicholas, the heir to a vineyard in Tuscany and the last in an ancient line of satyr men, is forced by the dying king of ElseWorld to marry his half-human, half-faerie daughter, who, eager to learn his carnal secrets, makes him realize that he can be satisfied by just one woman.

Lyon

Journeying to Paris to fulfill his destiny of taking the last daughter of King Feydon as his bride, Lyon Satyr discovers that his voluptuous new wife, who is built for sin, is a mistress of sensual pleasure, in the third volume in a series that includes Raine and Nicholas.

There are a few more but you will have to look them up. I gotta go find my own Lyon. LOL Ciao Chicas!
